Greetings to all Just opened box and spent two hours figuering out I'm screwed. I Pad air 2 that I just updated to 10. Something

Now I went through all the stuff to jail break it to find this out. I'm about to send it back unused No phone numbers No help Am I alone here? Barely found this place to write for help. I just wanted a scope to use. Why do I have to be a hacker when the product videos showed it just plugged in and worked? Not happy Dea
